Answer: The rogue rake makes me shudder in pleasure. The virgin hero leaves me cold. I used to be a huge fan of historical, but lately I can’t say I read much of that genre. Maybe the break will make my heart grow fonder.

I would have to say the rogue rake! I hadn’t read a lot of historical romances lately until just the last two books I’ve read; The Secret by Julie Garwood and Some Like It Wild by Teresa Medeiros. Awesome reads!!!

I love all of Julie Garwood’s historical romances. She was one of the first authors that got me to read and will always be dear to me!

I totally agree with your answer. And yay for Julie Garwood! She’s definitely the one who got me into the genre. I haven’t read a lot of historical recently either. Mostly paranormal and YA, but I might pick up one or two of it soon.
